Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. A lab-grown diamond is chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond: pure crystallised carbon, 10 on the Mohs hardness scale, graded on the same cut, colour, clarity and carat scales by the same independent laboratories.
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order and ships within three weeks, insured and tracked, with free delivery across the UK. Pieces marked In Stock ship in two to four working days.
What if the ring does not fit?
We resize free of charge within sixty days and pay the insured shipping both ways. The size guide on every ring page includes an on-screen ring sizer you can hold your own ring against.
Is every stone certified?
Yes. Every centre stone is independently certified and laser-inscribed, and the report is in the box. Accent stones are VS clarity and E to F colour.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have thirty days from delivery to return any unworn piece in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Engraved pieces can be exchanged but not refunded.
Which metals can I choose?
Every design is made in 18K white, yellow or rose gold at the same price. Choose the metal on the product page, and the site remembers your preference for every other piece.
