Cancellation & Refund
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not moved into production. Once manufacturing has started, cancellations are not possible, as each piece is made specifically for the customer.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details as soon as possible.
Made-to-Order Jewellery
Most of our jewellery is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once the product has entered the manufacturing stage, except in cases of damage or error from our side.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

The product received is damaged during transit

The product received is incorrect or does not match the confirmed order details
In such cases, the issue must be return within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos for verification.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Customized or personalized jewellery

Orders cancelled after manufacturing has begun

Minor variations in weight, color, or finish, which are natural in jewellery making
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
